Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook your favorite noodles according to package instructions, usually around 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  2. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and a pinch of sugar. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Dice fresh vegetables like cucumbers, bell peppers, and carrots into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooled noodles with chopped veggies and pour in the dressing. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to develop flavors.
Garnishing
  1. Garnish with sesame seeds or sliced green onions before serving.
