- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Instructions
- Slice the flank steak against the grain into bite-sized pieces. Chop the bell peppers and onions into similarly sized strips.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce and minced garlic. Add the sliced beef and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté bell peppers and onions for about 5 minutes until tender-crisp; remove from skillet.
