- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Gather all ingredients. Rinse and chop the broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.
- 3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- 4. Remove shrimp from the pan. Add broccoli with a pinch of salt; stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
- 5. Return shrimp to the pan along with the sauce mixture. Stir everything together for another minute.
- 6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
