Description

Shrimp and broccoli stir fry is a quick, flavorful dish that combines tender shrimp with vibrant broccoli, sautéed in a savory sauce. Ready in just 30 minutes, it’s perfect for busy weeknights or impressing guests.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Gather all ingredients. Rinse and chop the broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  4. 4. Remove shrimp from the pan. Add broccoli with a pinch of salt; stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
  5. 5. Return shrimp to the pan along with the sauce mixture. Stir everything together for another minute.
  6. 6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
