4 oz high-quality dark chocolate (at least 60% cocoa)

½ cup unsalted butter

¼ cup all-purpose flour

Butter and cocoa powder for greasing ramekins

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Grease ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder.

Melt chocolate and butter together in a double boiler until smooth.
