  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg

  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, egg, and green onions. Mix until just combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
