- 1/4 cup Korean gochujang paste
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce (for extra heat, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk together gochujang paste, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, and Sriracha (if using).
- Pour half of the sauce over the wings and toss to coat. Reserve the other half for basting.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Brush remaining sauce over the wings during the last five minutes of baking. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
