Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef (80/20)
10 strips thick-cut bacon
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 large egg
1 medium onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup ketchup (½ cup for mixture, ½ cup for glaze)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, sautéed onions, garlic, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and brown sugar until just mixed.
