Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut steak into 1-inch cubes and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear half of the steak cubes for 3-4 minutes until browned. Flip and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Remove cooked steak from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, melt 4 tbsp of butter and add minced garlic; stir until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Return the steak to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
