  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and dried basil.
  4. Place seasoned chicken in the baking dish and pour half of the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Bake chicken for 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Drizzle remaining marinade over the chicken and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Serve with extra sauce from the baking dish and enjoy!
