  • 1 cup bell peppers (red and yellow), diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for sautéing)

Instructions

  1. Chop bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Add shrimp and coat evenly. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
