- 1 cup toffee bits
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy. Mix in vanilla extract.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Fold in toffee bits and chocolate chips.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto prepared sheets, spacing them two inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
- Cool on wire racks before serving.
