  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu between paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. Chop broccoli into bite-sized florets and mince the garlic.
  3. In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add cubed tofu and sauté until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).
