2–3 medium bell peppers (any color)
1 medium onion
2–3 cloves garlic
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
Instructions
Prepare your ingredients by chopping the bell peppers, onion, and mincing the garlic.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions until translucent (3-4 minutes), then add garlic and bell peppers, cooking until softened (another 3-4 minutes).
Increase heat slightly and add ground turkey, breaking it up as it cooks until browned (5-7 minutes).
