Ingredients

500g ground beef

250g ground pork

1 medium onion

½ cup breadcrumbs

¼ cup milk

2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Salt & pepper


Instructions

Sauté finely chopped onion in olive oil until softened.

In a bowl, mix ground beef, pork, sautéed onion, soaked breadcrumbs, milk, parsley, salt, and pepper til combined.

Shape into small meatballs and chill for 30 minutes.

Bµrown meatballs in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden on all sides.
