Ingredients

  • – 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • – 1 cup diced carrots
  • – 1 cup diced potatoes
  • – 1 cup frozen peas
  • – 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • – 1 cup heavy cream
  • – Seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, parsley

Instructions
